All shipments are professionally packaged with quality materials.  Please notice that we use UPS Ground transportation as the basis for return shipments.  UPS includes insurance and provides detailed tracking service.  Your address must be acceptable for UPS delivery.   Shipping by USPS Priority mail is used only for orders of less than $ 20.00 in value.   Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii can be shipped by Priority mail if you wish to assume all responsibility for the package once it leaves our premises. It is cheaper, but less dependable. Insurance purchased from the US Post Office applies to damages as a result of shipment.  It does not apply to lost packages. If packages are lost in the postal system - it is usually a permanent condition - we have never had one found in 22 years.  Shipments to Countries other than USA are by Air mail.  You must assume all responsibility for the package once it leaves our premises.  We do not refund any payments that are lost due to failure of Postal delivery.

EXPEDITED BATTERY SERVICE & SHIPPING OPTIONS

 
 

Turn around time ...

 
Our list price for battery service is based upon arrival and departure from Primecell.  Once the battery and payment are receive, the actual rebuild process requires 7 to 10 business days. (Monday through Friday)

Travel time to and from Primecell, is not included in the rebuild process time.

With process time, plus weekends, holidays, and 3 to 7 days of transportation, it is possible for a turn around time to total 25 days.  
 
Expedited service options are available as follows:
 
Expedited 24 hour service to complete the battery rebuild service.
Within 24 hours it will be entered into UPS system - Ready for UPS Pick up. 
Add $ 40.00  to our list price for the battery rebuild service - to each battery.

Expedited 48 hour service to complete the battery rebuild service.
Within 48 hours it will be entered into UPS system - Ready for UPS Pick up.

UPS Next Day Air : delivery by end of next (1) business day:  Add $ 40.00 for shipping
UPS 2nd day Air : delivery by end of the 2nd business day:   Add $ 30.00 for shipping
UPS 3-Day Select: delivery by end of the 3rd business day:   Add $ 20.00 for shipping
UPS Ground: delivery in 3 to 5 business days:   Add $ 10.00 for shipping
 
Expedited Rebuild Service Time starts upon arrival of the battery. It is recorded by UPS as the time when delivery was made.  Service has been completed, when the return shipment is entered into the UPS shipping log, and a tracking number is issued.
~ Saturday pick up or delivery is not available.
~ If a battery arrives at 1 PM on Monday; 24 hour service will conclude and shipment will occur at 1 PM Tuesday. 48 Hours will conclude at 1 PM on Wednesday. 
~ If a battery arrives at 1 PM on Friday - 24 hour service will conclude and shipment will occur at 1 PM on Monday  (48 Hours will conclude at 1 PM on Tuesday)
~ If we fail to complete 24 hour service in time - we will proceed ASAP, ship by the selected method, and refund the difference between 24 and 48 hour service charges.
~ If we fail to complete 48 hour service in time - we will proceed ASAP, ship by the selected method, and refund the premium charge for 48 hour service.
 
Expedited service requirements:
~ Shipments to Primecell for expedited service must be sent to us by UPS (ONLY).
~ We do not contact you to advise arrival or scheduled departure of your battery.
~ Payment for the total cost of service, must be paid in advance, or within the package.
~ Mastercard -Visa, PayPal or Checks from Companies or Municipalities are accepted.
~ Service is limited to cell replacement ONLY.
~ Expedited service is available for damaged batteries, but the battery must be sent to us for quotation first. We will then contact you by email with quotes for expedited service. 
~ Batteries with expedited service, will be returned to you by UPS (ONLY). 
~ Shipping rates are based on one package not exceeding 2 pounds.
~ Expedited service is available to 48 states - it is not available to Alaska or Hawaii.
